The Team Lead Document & Renewal office is responsible for 7 direct reports and manages the global renewal support and the organization of administrative documents required for submission to health authorities for the Bayer Consumer Health Portfolio in close collaboration with global/regional/local Regulatory Affairs functions, Product Supply, 3rd Parties, Authorities, and other legal bodies. He/She reports to the Director Information Excellence.
Ensure on time high quality support for Regulatory Affairs Strategy,
Lifecycle Management and Local Regulatory Affairs (e.g. for Renewals,
Administrative Documents etc.)
Leading and supervising a team of Regulatory Affiliate
Ensure continuous optimization of processes in collaboration
customers and other functions
Maintain tracking of orders and invoices
Ensure regulatory documentation is provided to manufacturing sites
Develop and maintain motivated and competent staff
