To assist our CEO in developing Structuring as well as credit insurance related activities, we are looking for a motivated and experienced:
Assist in identifying new business opportunities & in structuring new programs
Support in developing or maintaining the dialogue with financial institutions and credit insurances
Handle correspondence with clients and make sure that timely actions are taken
Formulate recommendations in relations with credit insurance selection
Participate in the review of credit insurance policies
Ongoing administration of credit insurance policy conditions
Present credit applications to insurers and negotiate the respective credit limits
Maintain an on-going working relationship with Credit Analysts, Legal & Compliance and Business Development teams
Prepare presentations, reports and various documentations
Ad hoc researches and issuance of papers
Assistance to CEO
Assist in handling correspondence with clients and make sure that timely actions are taken for incoming requests
Handle the agenda of the CEO
Ensure that the CEO timely receives all required information for calls and meetings
Arrange and prepare both internal and external meetings, including writing meeting minutes
Minimum University degree in Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in the credit field
Experience in credit insurance
Detail-oriented & analytical person with ability to draw conclusions in a timely manner
Ability to work on multiple assignments
Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
Entrepreneurial and 'hands-on" mentality
Highest level of integrity and business ethics
Excellent command of English (written and oral) any additional language would be of benefit
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
