We are looking to hire a CoE Lead C&B and Global Mobility to lead the Global Compensation & Benefits function, strategize and align the company’s total rewards policies with the strategic business objectives. In addition, the position will be the lead on strategy, policy and procedures for remuneration and long term benefits for expatriates.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Design and lead the execution of performance management, compensation and benefit programs (e.g. annual compensation review process, variable compensation plans, executive benefits, equity and executive compensation programs)
• Partner with key stakeholders to fully understand the current and future business needs and to ensure that the total rewards strategy and program activities drive and support the goal to cultivate a leadership culture built on performance, engagement and operational excellence
• Be responsible and service the HR business partners for benchmarking and preparation of compensation packages for all executives
• Actively plan and drive the governance and agenda for CNC (Compensation and Nomination Committee) from a compensation and benefits perspective
• Prepare all materials and present to the Board Committee and CNC as required

Global Mobility:

• Establish policies and guidelines for the global mobility and expatriate management and link to enterprise strategy and core processes and activities
• Manage the overall cost and budget of the Global Employment Company for the international assignee population of Panalpina
• Manage the annual processes (compensation review, budgeting, compensation reporting for tax declaration)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Economics/Accounting or Income Tax
• At least 5 years Compensation & Benefits experience
• At least 5 years Global Mobility experience in an international environment, preferable with Global Employment Company experience
