To commence work at our Thun location, we are looking for a:

Teamleader Sales Engineering (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Lead an international team of pre-project managers and line engineers
  • Responsible for customer specific offering for key projects, including turn-key offerings for production lines
  • Actively drive offer-, tender- and contract completion-phase
  • Support customer and internal sales team for CAPEX/OPEX calculations, business plans, project planning
  • Cooperation with strategic customers and suppliers
  • Identify and implement process improvements, exceprience with change management

Your qualifications and skills

  • Technical or business degree
  • Several years' professional experience in a comparable field, background in photovoltaics
  • Experience in tendering for turn-key offers
  • Customer orientation
  • Feeling for commercial and economic implications
  • Structured and reliable
