The Digital/Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for analyzing and improving the digital consumer journey performance metrics, including set up and presentation of regular updates to key stakeholders through user friendly dashboards.
• The Digital/Online Marketing Specialist needs to understand digital media and analytics platforms as well as their techniques • He also shows great interest in digital creation, innovation and technology • Communication skills for the presentation of complex analyzes in an understandable and simple way to the Business • Closing collaboration with media & creative agencies, internal stakeholders and the Digital/Online Marketing Manager • Coordination and integration of campaign-based tagging (tag management is not a foreign word)
The key responsibilities are:
• Development and maintenance of dashboards, optimal data preparation and individual ad hoc analyzes to derive recommendations for action (including analysis and monitoring of web traffic data, campaign tracking, campaign analysis and customer journey analysis). • Technical lead in the implementation of simple and complex digital campaigns in collaboration with media & creative agencies as well as internal stakeholders. • Performance evaluations on digital marketing campaigns • Setting up reports (playful handling of Excel is a must) • Manage and use various web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Webmaster Tools, Search metrics, Adobe Marketing Cloud (especially Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Targets, others are a plus) • Monitoring, analysis and optimization of conversion processes • Installation of delivered tags / pixels on the webpages • Identify and fix tracking issues (solid knowledge of database and programming languages is a definite plus) • Responsible for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) • Support the Digital Marketing Manager e.g. in the optimization of the user journey and user experience
We are looking for a motivated talent with the following qualifications and requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital/Online Marketing with a focus on Analytics • Education: Analysis & Controlling / Digital analytics / Computer Science / Business Informatics / Digital/Online Marketing • Search engine marketing professional and DCO experience: Expert in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Targets (more tools from the Adobe Marketing Cloud are a plus) • Experience in DMP projects • Basic knowledge of popular web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
Language skills: - German: mother tongue - English: writing and speaking fluently - French: is a plus
Personal skills: • Teamwork, self-initiative, independent work and the willingness to build something • Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills or a strong understanding of web usability and data analysis • Conceptual understanding of digital campaigns and mechanics • Excellent understanding of numbers and fun at reporting (especially the independent creation of new reports according to business needs) • Very good customer understanding and experience in customer journey management
