Experience, Skills, Knowledge:
At least 8 years professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a medical affairs function at a local, regional or global level Experience with design and delivery of learning programs for medical affairs staff Experience with clinical trials and other evidence generation programs Strong analytical and decision making skills in a complex, fast paced, and changing environment Experience of resolving complex issues in a matrix organization Appreciates the diversity of working across multiple cultures and countries Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and understanding/experience with drug discovery and commercialization processes In-depth knowledge of Clinical Trial Methodology, ICH, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements Fluency in written and verbal English language
