To strengthen our HxGN SmartNet team at our headquarters in Switzerland we are looking for an enthusiastic HxGN SmartNet Service Project Manager.
As Service Project Manager you are responsible for managing the project team to achieve the agreed goals within given budget, quality targets and timeline. You will be working in a global setting where you are requested to align activities with other remote-located teams worldwide.
HxGN SmartNet Service Project Manager
YOUR TASKS WILL BE
Formulate the overall project plan in consolidation with business management, drive the execution and support the team of reaching the goals
Align sub-projects and their goals on overall project plan
Estimate and manage the budget and timing
Lead a multidisciplinary team involving service operations, software development, quality assurance and IT responsibilities
Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers and external partners
Manage risks and issues providing options to keep projects on target.
Represent the project's team in all relevant meetings like project reviews, milestone meetings etc.
You hold a higher university degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
You have proven track record of at least 5 years industrial experience in professionally managing international projects
You gained experience in agile and "classical" project management in order to apply the best of both worlds
You are experienced in managing remote-located teams and in leading direct reports (on-site and remote-located) as well as contributors
You possess a strong service focus (IT or DevOps)
You distinguish yourself from others by a strong team spirit, the ability to move things forward and to deliver results
You enjoy analytical thinking, conceptual work and you have a strong solution orientation
You shape your success by your networking skills, ability to inspire and by bringing people together
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
