As a member of the International operational team you will be responsible for the financial results, P&L and strategic development of the European Subsidiaries. You will lead a team of 7 country managers and 1 area manager.  Ideally based in Geneva, this position will report directly to the Chief Operational Officer and define with him the overall company strategy. You should have the ability to travel as and when required.

Role



  • To represent Teoxane within the industry in line with Teoxane brand image.




  • To create opportunities and oversee the development of strategic initiatives: develop and implement the business plan of the Company in EUROPE, in line with the strategic direction of the Company




  • Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from ground level



  • To be accountable for the European P&L according to the agreed targets for the development of the region, by increasing the Company and Teoxane Group’s market share and profitability.

  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

  • To guarantee the compliance for the Teoxane Group in the region

  • To be responsible of daily operations of the Company in the region.

  • To deliver agreed projects and launches on time and to budget.

  • To oversee our team of country managers, by setting comprehensive goals, KPIs for performance and growth, and by providing the right strategic and business support.

  • Support implementation of in-country strategic and business plan in line with the company objectives

  • To manage and reinforce relationships with our current partners in EUROPE

  • To be responsible for developing, in collaboration with the Teoxane Med Ed department, and implementing a best in class and innovative Med Ed program in EUROPE.

  • In collaboration with the Medical Education team, to establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”) and key decision makers of aesthetics market in EUROPE

  • To build strong and unique expertise in the market environment, competitive threats and opportunities to develop/deploy effective measures and proposals.

  • Market Intelligence – ensure a constant feedback loop is maintained to the COO to inform new product development

  • To lead customer and product positioning relative to company strategy, market requirements and the competition.

  • To analyze external environment and translate into strategy.

  • To constantly anticipate need for change and being source of solutions to address those changes.

  • To work closely with the corporate functions, including marketing, regulatory, finances, medical, supply chain to ensure efficiency and synergy.

  • Maintain contact with all KOL’S in the market area




  • Interact and cooperate with all company employees.  




  • Work closely with other company departments to ensure synergy of company messages


     



Basic qualifications:



  • 4+ Years in a similar role




  • Sound experience in the field of medical devices in particular the field of Medical Aesthetics.




  • Has practical and broad working experience




  • High level of ethics and integrity




  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills




  • Demonstrated ability of strategic planning




  • Excellent communication skills



  • Ability to solve problems, analyze data correctly and generate comprehensive reports


  • Demonstrated ability to work across boundaries and geographies effectively




  • Ability to navigate complex data and challenging situations to work through to effective solutions

  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
