In order to deliver on NHSc aspiration to "making an impact on patient's everyday life", as a Market Access and Pricing Leader you will develop and execute Market Access, Health Economics and Pricing strategies for several therapeutic areas or segments of the NHSc business.  In addition, you will guide NHSc Markets in filing and negotiation of pricing and coverage determination by payers.
 
 
Key responsibilities
 

  • Contributes to Business Areas strategies from a pricing and reimbursement, access channels, health economic & outcomes research perspectives
  • Identifies requirements from reimbursement authorities and payers, anticipates future trends and derives consequences for products market access plans and value dossiers 
  • Engages with external stakeholders in key regions / markets to validate specific products market access strategies
  • Guides markets in their respective payers engagement schemes
  • Develops and execute the economic and patient-outcomes components of products Integrated Evidence Plans                                     
  • Helps the platforms to define strategic approaches to gain Pricing and Reimbursement
  • Supports R&D, CMO teams and platform in securing appropriate market access for products under responsibility                                                               
  • Provides direct support to regional / local Market Access community in charge of local execution
                                                                                                                                 
Education and experience
 
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of health economics and market access in the therapeutic areas of scope               
  • 7-year+ experience in the healthcare industry and awareness of its challenges, specifically Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement                  
  • Development and execution of Global Market Access and Health Economic strategies    
  • Design and development of Global Value Dossiers,  Pricing & Reimbursement submissions and negotiations across various National Healthcare systems                  
  • Successful work experience in international and cross-functional matrix structure
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken. Any other European languages would be an asset
