We need you to strengthen our Sales and Service Team in Maennedorf as
Sales Operations Manager (80-100%) What you will do
You will provide a comprehensive and detailed overview of the sales operation from funnel metrics through to revenue for the EMEA sales organization. Beside this you are responsible for keeping track of the business on a daily basis to ensure an accurate view of current and future performance. Your contribution and your deep understanding of the CRM funnel will support decision making and forecasting.
Responsibilities will include
Running the internal CRM analytics for the funnel metrics and bowlers for the sales organization EMEA
Definition and collection of KPIs to track and steer the sales organizations
Use initiative and natural curiosity to deep dive in the data to provide early warning and help countermeasure competitive threats or market changes
Liaise directly with product manufacturing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
Analyze the Sales approach to help improve the sales organization and processes
Utilize technical, functional and managerial knowledge to give the commercial team a competitive advantage in the market
Track the big box (liquid handling) and small box (detection) opportunity funnel to ensure regional data fully up to date and advise on necessary countermeasures
Daily management of regional performance of Order Entry and Sales to forecast and budget
Daily review of the book to ship (B2S) value for each RO and review of pre-orders
Actively participate in forecasting and business review meetings
Set up and manage the Growth Room for key products and market verticals in conjunction with Sales Development and Product Management teams
What you bring along
A degree in Business, Scientific or Engineer BA/BS or Master
At least 5 years professional experience in a related position
Profound knowledge in Direct Sales and Back office processes
Broad experience in CRM Systems
SAP ERP system and data extraction experience.
Business Warehouse knowledge
Excellent English and good German skills
Self-starting individual with the ability to manage workload with high degree of independence
Effective communicator with confidence to express opinions while working in a multicultural environment
Strong organizational skills
Analytical and detail oriented mindset
