In orde r to strengthen the team in our prestigious flag ship boutique at Rue du Rhône in Geneva , we are recruiting our future Client Advisor As ambassador of the Brand, you will p articipate actively in the development of our sales in Jewelry, Watches and Accessories . You will also take care of the back office, after - sale s service, inventory and support activities . Accountabilities In this role , you aim to offer a unique client experience, guarantying the quality of the service to develop a strong relationship with them. Y ou will manage autonomously sales activities related to all product categories ( J ewelry, Watches and Accessories ) achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be responsible to support the customer dur ing the whole process and develop networking through events and new initiatives. In parallel, you will perform back - office activities such as data entry, product receiving, intra - shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, AFSS processing. You will also a ctively participate to the inventories and the Visual Merchandising with the team. Y ou will be in charge of receiving, controlling and integrating of the goods to the stock. You will also manage the intra shops transfers by sending and receiving products. Y ou will be responsible of tagging activities, from product receiving to repricing , perform after - sale s service activities such as taking items to repair from the sale staff , contacting and organizing item shipment to repair centers . Finally, you support the sales staff during the sale process from customer welcome to payment/ packaging. Qualifications / Professional Capabilities You have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position , ideally i n a high - end luxury boutique . P assionate by the jewelry, watches and accessories , you have excellent selling skills . You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to build truthful relationships with your clients and team . You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have str ong knowledge of SAP . Finally, you are f luent in French and in English ; Arabic would be a distinct advantage. Client - focused and being a strong team player, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Your excellent communication allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. Y ou are flexible and rigorous and you work in an organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking . You have a good approach of problem solving and y ou are able to take some initiatives. Thanks to your team spirit, you can build strong links within the team and create a positive and harmonious work environment.
