Within our team Institutional Solutions in Zurich we are looking for an Onboarding Manager Distribution Partners.
 




Your challenge:



  • Act as a single point of entry in AM Infrastructures for requests related to on-/off-boardings and amendments of distribution partners for our Vontobel Funds

  • Coordinate and facilitate the legal and operational setup of new distribution partners (including any changes) by interacting with distribution partners, their relationship managers as well as our internal departments

  • Drive the ongoing due diligence process on distribution partners, including collection of documents with the client and internal review in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance AM

  • Support distribution partners and internal departments in handling non-standard requests (e.g. commissions, new processes)

  • As an expert for KYC and due diligence, support Legal & Compliance AM in the continuous development of KYC/due diligence procedures and drive implementation for distribution partners on the business side

  • Establish and maintain efficient and well documented onboarding and life cycle management processes for distribution partners in line with Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations

 



Your qualification:



  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the asset management industry, either in a project management or a client-facing role

  • Good understanding of the investment fund business (e.g. transfer agent, fund administration, KYC/Due Diligence, trailer fee processing)

  • Proven experience in project management and/or contract management

  • Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude

  • Comfortable working on a broad set of tasks

  • Dedicated team player

  • Fluent in German and English in word and writing; any additional language is a considered as an asset
