Main Job Objective:


 


As a full member of our dynamic HR team and reporting to our Training Manager, you contribute to HR learning & development exciting projects in order to implement, develop and improve training contents and working processes.


 


Involved in the empowerment of our Training department as a full-fledged business partner, you challenge our current portfolio proposing impactful and innovative ideas. In particular, you contribute to the project aiming at optimizing our onboarding process, identifying personalized training paths to make new joiners live the magnificent Bulgari’s experience. You participate in designing new training concepts to spread and relay our core values and related soft skills.


 


On a daily basis, you support HR Business Partner in identifying with Managers customized training path for their populations. You facilitate training courses logistic organization and administrative follow-up, always paying attention to participants’ satisfaction and training cost effectiveness. You pilot external partners efficiency providing them regular and comprehensive feedbacks to ensure they are fully aligned with BVLGARI messages and values.


 


Finally, you are responsible for providing a daily support to human resources operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of any administrative missions. You liaise closely with our HR Training team and other services throughout the organization, providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to achieve the department goals and objectives.


 


 


Profile


 


Graduated with a university degree in Human Resources or other equivalent field, you are looking for your first professional experience. A previous experience preferably in Human Resources is an advantage. You have excellent command of Microsoft office and strong computer skills. SAP is an asset. Finally, you are fluent in French and you have good knowledge in English.


 


Service oriented, you strive for excellence and continuous improvement for the department. You have strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail. Curious, open-minded and fast learning, your are flexible and can adapt to changing situations. Thanks to your team spirit, you can build strong links within the team and create a positive and harmonious work environment. Finally, you are able to manage sensitive data in a confidential way.
