In order to provide the best customer service and to support our customer needs, we are looking for our Customer Service Center in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, for an



 

 


Role and Responsibilities :


 


  • provide input to the project team and ensure commissioning of our battery systems

  • run functional tests, check b attery systems assembly and configuration at the customer’s premises and/or in production

  • ensure troubleshooting, curative and preventive maintenance of our battery systems whether in our workshops or on customer premises

  • support the customer with technical issues whether telephonically or on site

  • provide failure analysis and issue reports

  • prepare installation, commissioning and troubleshooting instructions in English

  • deliver theoretical and practical hands-on training for operation and maintenance of our battery systems, whether in our workshops or on customer premises

  • maintain a partnership based on innovation and trust

  • demonstrate a real interest and a desire to answer efficiently to the customer needs

  • provide feedback from the sites to the engineering design teams for product improvement

 


 Knowledge and experience:


 


  • CFC Electronician or Automatician, or ES Technician level (or equivalent) with proven experience in a similar environment.

  • Good command of mechanical assembling, electrical assembling, product configuration

  • Trained and experienced in low voltage installations

  • Experience on CANbus monitoring, as well as analysis of log files is an asset

  • Excellent command of rules of automation and maintenance

 


Competences and  skills :


 


  •   Customer oriented, good understanding of customer needs and end-user needs,

  •  Proactive, strong sense of initiative and autonomy and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to travel on a frequent and regular basis

Languages :


 


  • Good command of English (spoken and written) – French and German are an asset.
