Position purpose


 


You are willing to join a great project in a dynamic and growing environement, this opportunity is made for you !


 


You are a young graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Payroll administration, you have a good knowledge of Swiss employment laws.


You are willing to be involved in the developement of a brand on the Swiss market.


 


As the person in charge of the payroll administration & other strategic projects for the Swiss German part, you will be key towards new and future employees accross the country.


 


Position Scope: Swiss German part 


Key Accountabilities : 


 


You have a previous experience in Swiss payroll administration


You have a good knowledge of HR systems (Budgets and payroll tools)


You are an advisor on employee health insurance topics


 


In close relation with the business you are dealing with the following topics:



  • administrative management of staff

  • Control and management of employment contracts

  • Ensure training of the staff for all the HR admin topics

 


You contribute in HR projects and trainings:


  • HRIS (system developments)

  • Deliver training on HR tools to the end users

  • Any additionlal tool that could ease the existing HR processes

 


You will vehiculate the corporate values and identity


 


Key Competencies requirement :


 


In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll principles


A previous experience with Cegedim SRH would be an asset


Excellent communication and presentation skills


You speak fluent French, English, German (Written and Spoken) and Swiss German 


You are team player


 


The position will require to travel accross the country to be close to the teams


Strong passion for sports would be a strong asset.
