For one of our client in Geneva, we are looking for a:

System Engineer SCCM

For one of our client in Geneva, we are looking for a:

Duties


  • Work on Problem Tickets (investigation, resolution, RCA - Root Cause Analysis)


  • Work on CRs (Change Requests) related to end-user computing (creation, coordination, UAT, CCB, deployment, roll-back plans)




  • Prepare, test, and execute software updates and upgrades




  • Prepare and update systems images




  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management




  • Coordinate and follow up on UAT (User Acceptance Testing)




  • Work on software provisioning in SCCM




  • Replace Level 2 technicians and work on daily tickets resolution in emergency situations




  • Create and test GPOs




  • Provide training, advice and the support to the TAC (Technology Assistance Center) team




  • Take part in projects related to EUC




  • Coordinate technical activities with the IT Operations team




  • Write processes and procedures related to the scope of the role




  • Act as a replacement for the Lead EUC Engineer when he is away




  • Create, coordinate troubleshooting, and follow up on tickets with another vendors (e.g. Microsoft)




  • Participate in advisory and planning meetings




  • Participate in technical workshops



 


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong experience in engineering activities related to AD, GPOs, SCCM, InTune, Office 365


  • Experience with Windows environment, antivirus solutions, Adobe products, and scripting




  • Experience with various hardware and mobile devices




  • Basic knowledge of networking




  • Basic knowledge of IT security




  • Excellent written and spoken English




  • Able to follow the instructions and finish a job on time




  • Provide high-quality service and the results



 


Nice to have


  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field


  • ITIL Certifications




  • Project Management Certifications/Experience




  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM




  • Able to create presentations and present a topic to a group of users




  • Knowledge of French
