Digital Core Integration Lead
Integration is a foundational capability in the “Future ERP” program and a key enabler for the overall digital transformation at Roche. The Integration Lead ensures that the target Integration strategy as well as the right Integration capabilities and operating framework are in place and is accountable for the delivery of fit for purpose E2E Integration solutions for all “Future ERP” requirements. The Integration team is part of the “ERP Digital Platform and Integration” department, which is responsible for the technical- and enabling work streams of the program.
Lead the global Integration function and team in “Future ERP”, define the overall Integration strategy based on current and future business requirements, technologies and services for all relevant Integration- and hosting patterns
Ensure that a fit for purpose Integration eco system and operating framework is in place.
Establish a CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) framework for Integration and align seamlessly with traditional innovation processes, to enable an agile and flexible innovation whilst ensuring resilient operations.
Own integration Solution Design and Delivery in the “Future ERP” program across functional and technical areas, ensure quality of delivery, re-use and adherence to all relevant policies and guidelines
Drive and evangelize the API led approach, create digital Integration assets, enable relevant partners and parties, promote collaboration, support the relevant teams for digital transformation
Manage strategic integration partners to ensure their continued commitment, innovation and high quality delivery.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Essential):
Overall 12+ years of relevant experience with minimum 5+ years in Integration technology
Solid working knowledge with various Integration patterns (API, Messaging, Data Integration, B2B EDI, MFT), platforms and hosting patterns
Strong expertise in SAP- (ideally also S/4 Hana) and Mulesoft integration products, capabilities and services
Should have established and managed an iPaaS to enable hybrid integration, set up and operated a CICD framework and actively driven an API led approach
Should have lead team of 30+ resources and managed budget of 500k+ CHFs per annum
Worked on and delivered an Integration strategy, strong stakeholder- and supplier management including running RFI/RFP and POCs
Experience in managing complex Integration projects and application support issue resolutions with virtual teams across the globe
Great track record of driving continuous improvements and coming up and landing innovations that made a big difference for the business
