PMP certified biomedical research Project Manager position
We don’t just want any Project Manager, here is our checklist:
Master’s Degree in Life Sciences (PhD is a plus)
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification is required
Substantial experience in multinational Life Sciences, Food, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG companies
Proven experience in Project Management and in managing global/large scale projects in innovative areas such as life sciences, crowdsourcing, hackathon organization, scientific data modelling
Experience in Contract management, Procurement and Financial policies/systems
Previous proven team management experience, during challenging projects within short timelines
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (MS-Project and Excel in particular)
Fluent in spoken and written English.

As the Project Manager – Biomedical Research you will manage complex projects that are paramount for the quality of our R&D research and perception by external stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Specific responsibilities include:
Plan and execute the assigned projects, utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices to ensure successful completion of projects.
Lead pre-clinical outsourcing efforts from supplier selection to contracts establishment, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, Procurement, Legal and Finance representatives.
Ensure measures are taken in projects to increase quality and mitigate risk, manage scope change and expectation, including risk analyses, impact assessment and financial analysis.
Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the projects and submit/present project status reports and other project information to project stakeholders, the Program Office team and Senior Management on a regular basis and as requested.
Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis (stakeholder management) to review project requests, assess project scope, facilitate project prioritization, solidify project requirements, manage resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables.
