A highly motivated, professional communications talent to join the Global Corporate Communications function in our headquarters in Lachen. The team manages all internal and external communication activities also including the online space, the corporate brand and key global scientific congresses.
Drive concept and creation of high profile global communications programs and tools, including the annual reports, CSR reports and corporate films
Produce internal and external global communications and integrated creative campaigns across multiple print and online channels, tailored to relevant stakeholder groups, which harness storytelling techniques and highly engage audiences
Support Global Head Corporate Communications in evolving the function to be an efficient, forward looking and strategically integrated platform to engage internally and to drive reputation externally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that messages are aligned and delivered in accordance with Octapharma’s communications and business strategy
Enhance employee engagement with clear and consistent communication promoting a positive sense of belonging
Generate stories and leads through nurturing a global internal network of key stakeholders, including board members and senior management
Write and launch press releases for global media
Manage internal news platform (Octanet) and serve as primary creator and coordinator of news content and important announcements
Consult and support management in communication activities including speech writingand change communication, also in collaboration with other functions (e.g. HR, Finance, Production, IT)
You are a curious and energetic communications all-rounder who wants to be part of an evolutionary journey to further build and establish a key corporate function
Bachelor / Master degree in relevant area is desired
A combination of corporate and also some agency experience (minimum of 6 years in total) is required.
Native speaker level English language skills are essential. Additional language skills are beneficial.
