In this role, you will define, design and enforce a Global Marketing Automation Program (GMAP) that best supports the overall Customer Experience (CX) strategy, by driving the development and evolution of the Marketing Technology Stack (tools and technologies) and Customer Marketing capabilities. In addition, you configure, execute, and refine Lifecycle Marketing programs across channels, develop and maintain a highly skilled CRM Execution workforce. Finally, you will monitor and review the value delivered and the results obtained by the GMAP.
Be the owner the Marketing Automation Program, the Marketing Automation Platform and its related tools and technologies
Drive the innovation process for new Marketing Automation features and help prototype new Marketing capabilities to keep abreast with leading edge technology in this extremely dynamic Digital Marketing space
Identify data requirements that will deliver optimal Targeting and Personalization capabilities, working with CRM Insight, Campaign Design, Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, and Information Technology teams to incorporate the data required into the Marketing tools and applications
Act as the Expert and go-to person regarding Marketing Automation use cases and implementations
Build and run multichannel Marketing automated programs that deliver on aggressive CX and CRM objectives (Early Attrition, Customer Value, Net Promoter Score, etc...), leveraging and extending the existing Marketing database and capabilities
Support CX and Marketing Campaign Designers to create highly personalized experience and marketing campaigns, with focus on on-boarding, retaining, reactivating and converting customers
Bachelor degree or higher degree in Marketing
5 years of experience in Marketing, which include Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations
At least 3 years of experience working with a Marketing Automation platform
Previous experience in Project Management within cross functional teams
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and Google Analytics is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
