As a Global CRM Insights Project Manager, you will support the Global CRM Insights Manager to define, to build and to share across all the company the CRM key indicators and recommendation based on customer centric. You will work on customer lifecycle and/or customer segmentation and/or campaign analysis and/or Markets performance and/or products development to produce strong and relevant insights to nourish the global Customer Experience Strategy.
You will ensure with the Customer Experience & Insight Capability manager that the right solution is in place for all market to produce CRM analysis (datamining tool, Reporting tools and customer database).
In addition, you will continuously optimize CRM analysis to produce strong and relevant recommendations, both at HQ level and with markets.
Responsible for the definition of the customer lifecycle and the development of CRM analysis
Drive the definition of key indicators, international guidelines and methodologies to develop international costumer insights for in-home consumption
Ensure the identification of behavioral consumers' models, to profile consumer base and provide the best targets to the campaigns
Based on analytical insights and communications campaigns results, define specific needs or weaknesses on identified customers' profiles
Report, analyse and recommend action to activate international consumer increase and loyalty
Work closely with the other departments and provide to them the requested customer insight
Capitalize and share with markets on main insights and recommendations
Assist markets to develop best targeting strategies for their mailings and retention programs, using customer information and key indicators
Increase CRM capabilities through all company: visits to the markets, trainings and support documentation
Provide continuous support to the markets
Degree in Mathematics or Statistics
Min. 5 years' experience in Direct Marketing / CRM experience, incl. 2-3 years' experience in data mining related activities
International exposure or experience in working with multicultural teams
Experience in retention activities, churn risk modeling, digital analytics are strong assets
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Fluent in English / French a strong asset
