With over CHF 20bn of assets under management our Swiss home market is one of the largest and fastest growing. This growth has been predominantly fueled by the Swiss Institutional business over recent years. We are now searching for a Zurich-based Senior Sales and Team Leader to complement that growth with a strong contribution from select key accounts.
While the role requires knowhow across different asset classes, the main focus will be in the area of multi asset.
Heading up of a small team of senior relationship managers taking care of some of our key clients.
Assuming responsibility for achieving ambitious net new money targets.
Taking care of arranging roadshows and training for the RMs of these key clients, with regular travel in Switzerland.
Higher education in economics or finance (e.g. university or university of applied economics).
Around 10 or more years of experience in managing key accounts in the intermediary / wholesale area in Switzerland.
Experience with leading and managing small, successful sales teams.
Systematic and structured approach to work.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude.
Language skills: fluent in German and French, fluent or very strong in English, Itallian an advantage.
