As a Specialist - Enzyme Technology you will drive developments, innovation and renovation in the area of Enzyme Technology. One of your main activities will be to build scientific/technical competence to deliver innovative and competitive products/processes/systems in your field of activity in response to business and consumer needs.
Lead projects and prototyping related to enzyme technology at Nestlé Research
Translate science into business opportunities at different stakeholders
Present results/methods in written and oral form to interested parties or visitors (scientific and business audience)
Develop related tools and competencies in the domain of activity
Actively participate in Biotransformation Expert Network to promote cross-fertilization between different sites
Explore breakthrough processes or technologies that are patentable and demonstrate scientific excellence
Coach and guide technicians, students and apprentices
PhD in Enzyme Technology, Biotechnology or related field
3-5 years R&D experience in the field of Enzyme Technology or Biotechnology
Experience in working close with key universities and research organization that are strong in the field of Enzyme Technology & Biotransformation
Experience in project and stakeholders management
Fluent in English, French is a plus
