Mandated by one of our customers, we are seeking a :

IT Engineer (MES Development)
(h/f)

Ensure availability of MES functionalities and operation for IC-Frontend shop-floor management.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for all MES shop-floor modeling in IC-Frontend, this includes, but not limited to
Factory, Workcenter, Workflows, Processes, Process Capabilities, Products, Recipes,
Scripting

  • Coordinate the modeling and implementation of the individual changes in IC-Frontend
  • Act as interface between factory and MES System Expert for modeling business processes, user interfaces, reporting, component development and equipment integration to the associated automation layer
  • Support IC-Frontend related integration and interfacing with related systems (ERP, run-torun engines, ADC, legacy database, JMP SPC, etc.)
  • Support and assist production staff for MES related issues, questions and requests while analyzing and reducing support calls / issues
  • Act as interface between factory, MES System Expert and Administrator for coordinating system upgrades and application updates
  • Act as a potential backup and support other factories as part of the MES team (crossknowledge)

Profile

  • ET/ES Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years working experience
  • Experience with MES development in a factory operations environment
  • Software development experience using MES software, Microsoft .NET, ASP.Net, C#
VB.NET, Java frameworks, SQL Server, Oracle
  • MES integration experience with ERP or other software applications as well as automating shop floor equipment
  • Fluent in French & English
