As an Assistant to the Management, you will be covering a many diverse administrative and organizational tasks. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating international meetings, some events and business trips. Furthermore, you will create expense reports, Excel charts, PowerPoint presentations, shipping documents as well as invoices. You will update company templates in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be responsible for internet banking and general office management. You will act as the first point of contact of the office while communicating mainly in English, partially in German and occasionally in French (if possible).

Commercial education or similar
After having completed your commercial education successfully, you have gained at least first working experience, ideally as an Assistant / Administrator. Your English is on an advanced level and you are able to communicate in German as well. Some knowledge in French is considered a plus. You are a strong IT user and proficient in MS-Office. Some working experience with LinkedIn and Web Conference Tools are welcome as well as a flair for new communication media (Webex etc.).
