As Operations Manager, you will report to the VP Global Operations. You will be responsible for our management and ongoing development of all operations Departments including Production, Purchasing/Supply Chain, Materials/Shipping and Quality. In particular, you will be called upon to accomplish the following:
Drive optimization and continuous improvement of processes in the Operation
Manage planning processes to ensure productive and profitable Manufacturing
Supervise processes to ensure highest quality and safety standards
Ensure best possible level of knowhow and collaboration within the Operations Team
Manage communication and information interfaces to Corporate and linked Intercompany Sites
Manage implementation and execution of QM and JSOX Requirements
Manage compliance with requirements of any Notified Bodies related to Operation functions
First level of contact at the Crissier location for all Human Resource matters
Ideally with a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar technical University degree, you have acquired at least 10 years of experience in leadership positions in an Industrial business
You have successfully developed people management skills (in both serial production and batch production environments within a manufacturing and international professional environment)
You have a thorough experience working in a fully integrated ERP environment
We expect you to be fluent in French and in English
You are able to organize and lead projects involving multiple disciplines
You are self-motivated, proactive and recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit
You distinguish yourself with distinct organisational skills and strong self-assertion
You like to travel domestically and abroad sporadically
