As a Global Product Marketing Manager - DC Chargers / e-Mobility (f/m/d) you deliver value to the business and customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs. You represent the customer and act autonomously to communicate the right vision of our product DC Charger while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Moreover, you own the product vision, and you are responsible for maximizing the value of the product
What will you do:
- Spend time with customers & stakeholders to identify value drivers
- Understand customer values, application, competitive environment, market trends, go-to-market strategies and anticipate evolutions
- Gather and analyze customer’s needs by meeting them and collaborating regularly with business stakeholders
- Evaluate the strategic value of the offer
- Define and validate the offer value propositions
- Understand technical trends to identify valuable innovations in the product environment
- Lead and contribute to the customer interaction strategy
- Support business in make-or-buy decisions

Your profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration and several years of product or project development experience
- Expansive knowledge of the e-Mobility market (specially EV DC chargers), its trends, and the role of the different players including direct and indirect competition
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive success
- Ownership mentality, one in which you embrace the responsibility and all that comes with it
- Experience presenting to Customers & Leaders and outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- You have fluent English and good German language skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe and other continents
