JobdescriptionTo support a major international client, we are looking for a Head IAM Developer with a focus on SailPoint technologies and app onboarding expertise to lead new IAM development initiatives. Youwill be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the development and onboarding of applications onto the SailPoint platform, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring the delivery of secure and efficient solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Serve as a technical expert and leader for the SailPoint development team, ensuring adherence to architectural designs and best practices.
Engage in and contribute to technical design discussions and reviews, balancing feasibility with security considerations.
Mentor junior developers, promoting skill enhancement within the IAM domain.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies, integrating innovative solutions into the development lifecycle.
To ensure development management and delivery, you will:
Translate project requirements into actionable development tasks, delegating according to individual skills and expertise.
Estimate efforts accurately, manage timelines and ensure projects adhere to budgets.
Uphold code quality by enforcing coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews.
Lead CI/CD initiatives, facilitating automated testing and efficient deployment processes.
You will work with IAM architects and project managers to align development work with overarching project goals and technical architecture and maintain clear and effective communication within the team and encourage a collaborative environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as infrastructure and security, to ensure integrated and coherent project execution.
You will also develop and oversee unit and integration testing to validate features and ensure code integrity ensuring each release is in line with automated and automated test standards defined for Lonza's SailPoint environments.
You will be expected to actively resolve development-related issues in partnership with the test & QA teams, guaranteeing prompt resolution and high-quality outputs as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
You will likely have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a proven track record as a senior developer or team lead, with extensive experience in SailPoint IAM implementations. Solid experience with current programming languages is expected as are CI/CD practices.
