What to expect
- You define, manage & improve Business & Technology Transformation program governance and processes, including organizational setup, roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes, information flows and key program meetings
- As the right hand of the Program Lead, you have the overall oversight, coordination & tracking of our programs consolidated streams and projects in line with the objectives outlined in the program mandate (goals, quality, deadlines, budget, resource demand/capacity, risks, deliverables)
- You are responsible for defining, managing & monitoring the integrated roadmap incl. planning of milestones.
- You are leading and prioritizing program implementation based on defined/approved core elements of the program and in accordance with our project management standards
The skills you'll bring
- Master's degree in STEM with excellent academic records, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years experience in the management of complex, cross-functional projects and/or programs
- 3+ years proven experience within an insurance company or in a consulting company as a plus
- Ability to support and partner with multiple stakeholders and balance multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical, organizational and conceptual skills, structured person with attention to details, able to connect the dots with the ability to synthetize complex issues in an understandable way and present them to management.
- Strong capabilities in analysing and aggregating large amounts of data and consolidation/reporting skills via Microsoft Excel or other BI tools
- Independent, reliable, thorough working style and a positive can-do attitude
- Ambitious, self-aware, and able to drive success while working autonomously
- Business fluent in German and English, other language skills are advantageous
