To complete our Resource Management Competence Center Team, we are looking for a motivated
BUSINESS PARTNER WORKFORCE-MANAGEMENT SWITZERLAND

LOCATION | OPFIKON / GLATTBRUGG WITH POSSIBILITY OF HOME OFFICE 

Your Responsabilities:
  • Acting as the interface between the centralized Resource Management Center (RMC) and the 3 Stations in Zurich, Basel and Geneva
  • Single point of contact for the monthly planning process and equally the yearly budget planning for the stations
  • Ensuring adherence to the monthly planning cycle from station side 
  • Reviewing the daily performance in relation to planning and the actual result, explaining the deviations and making suggestions for improving the performance if needed
  • Proactively informing RMC about all changes at the stations with possible impact on planning topics (such as changes in infrastructure, customer portfolio, law and employment contract agreements, etc.) 
  • Sharing outcome of production, productivity and roster release with stations 
  • Communicating with external workforce providers regarding bought in workforce-hours
  • Consulting Unit Heads and station managers regarding all relevant workforce topics and supporting roll out of best practice 
  • Close collaboration with HR-Teams regarding the yearly recruitment plan and employment contract structure

Your Profile:
  • Proven experiences in workforce and ressource management
  • Aviation and ground handling background is a plus
  • Completed studies in Aviation or Business Administration is a plus 
  • German and English business fluent spoken and written, French is beneficial 
  • Willingness to travel between the Stations in Zurich, Basel and Geneva

  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the business
  • Resilient personality and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and for changes in work-schedule
