Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
In this role, you take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Value Creation Plan: You will be owner of freud Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. You do the monthy tracking of KPIs and milestones as well support the implementation of the selected measures
- Sales Plays: You create sales play in colloaboration with the regional and country sales as well as marketing and segment teams. You define the roll-out plan for sales plays and track their implementation
- Pricing: You are the owner of freud pricing concept and process. You implement clear price logic for the product portfolio in alignment with segment teams and sales. You are responsible for pricing tools and PCR forcasting and monitoring.
- Market Intelligence: You monitor relevant competitors and shareout information with all relevant stakeholders. You do market calulation in collaboration with our Business Development Team
- Sales Reporting: You are the owner of sales reporting and forecasting and analyze new and lost business.
- Hunting Lists: You own the hunting list format and do monthy reporting. You coordinate distribution planning and CRM activities.
Education: University Degree in the business administration, ideally in Sales or Marketing
Experience and know-how: Good understanding of a global sales organization (B2B and B2C), ideally in freud industrial tooling market. Capable of strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to stick to holistic and long-term view even in stressful situations and with complex topics. Excellent knowledge in analytics tools (Excel, BI software for visualization) and project management skills. Impactful presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
Personality and working style: Strong teamwork and spirit, motivator and role model for collaboration in an intercultural context. Excellent skills in stakeholder management (through all hierarchical levels). Ability to align cross functional teams on common targets and steer efficient execution, build bridges in case of conflicts. Independent workstyle with a high passion to win. Resilient personality and enthusiasm.
