Job Description
  • Lead acquisitions and divestments by covering all phases of the M&A process, from identification of targets in line with strategy until signing and closing of the deal.
  • Manage all relevant transaction activities, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, contract negotiations with seller/buyer, key relevant documentation, closing statements, preparation of groundwork for post-merger integration).
  • Direct high-stake negotiations with buyers, sellers, and strategic external partners, ensuring alignment with KVI's long-term business priorities.
  • Provides updates, makes recommendations and obtains buy-in from senior management, be it related to M&A or other matters.
  • Help develop the strategy plan for the company and monitor progress of strategic initiatives

Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, finance, laws, engineering, or a related field. A higher degree (MBA, CFA, or Ph.D) is a definite advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in M&A, through corporate M&A, investment banking, M&A advisory or strategy consulting
  • Full professional fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep corporate finance understanding and knowledge in structuring financial models
  • Proven experience in coordinating internal and external teams (finance, legal, technical advisors, etc.)
