Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (Ref. 2681) - 1 year contract

In this role, you will be a key interface between customers, distribution centers, and supply sites, ensuring smooth and compliant product flow across Europe. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Purchasing, Finance, Quality Control, and Global Supply Chain, as well as external partners like 3PLs and CMOs.

Your main tasks

  • Manage order processing and invoicing activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and system performance at European distribution centers
  • Coordinate product transportation and import/export operations
  • Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, including discrepancy resolution
  • Issue shipping documents and market invoices
  • Organize returns and reworks, ensuring cost allocation
  • Maintain master data for customers, contracts, and source lists
  • Support product launches, redeployments, and change controls
  • Liaise with Quality Control for testing, release, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, finance, and EHS procedures
  • Perform SAP transactions and support month/year-end reporting
  • Provide documentation for financial audits

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational supply chain environment, ideally in pharma or consumer goods
  • Solid understanding of supply chain distribution and standards
  • Experience with SAP and other relevant systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to work in virtual and international teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate results
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
