We're looking for a motivated, open-minded, and technically skilled System Engineer/Administrator to join a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
System Engineer
Job description:
- Administer systems, applications, and infrastructure within manufacturing and packaging environments.
- Contribute to small-scale projects and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with local and global manufacturing and warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal IT partners.
- Develop installation documentation using standardized templates and transfer knowledge to on-site and remote operations teams.
- Work with end users to identify requirements and opportunities for improved data management and reporting.
- Coordinate incident resolution and service request fulfillment across multiple IT delivery partners.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with MES, PI, SCADA, and PCS systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems
- Familiarity with Computerized System Validation (CSV) and ideally GMP experience
- Service-oriented mindset, strong teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant IT apprenticeship or higher education
