Machine Operator / Plant Operator (m/f/d) - 3-Shift / Production / German / Plant Operation

For our pharmaceutical client based in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a Machine Operator / Plant Operator (m/f/d). Background:
The BGE Sensor & Reagent Operations department is responsible for the production of thick-film sensors and the manufacture of blood gas analysis sensors under cleanroom conditions. Due to the planned acquisition of future-oriented machines according to Industry 4.0 standards, the team requires support. As a motivated all-rounder with a fascination for modern production technologies, you can expect an interesting work environment together with a dynamic team working in a 3-shift system. We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual with a quick grasp of concepts for a long-term commitment!

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• All listed activities must be carried out in compliance with GMP, quality and hygiene regulations as well as occupational safety guidelines
. • Screen printing and/or dispensing including assembly of thick-film sensors according to
process specifications.
• Operation of fully automated screen printing, dispensing, and assembly systems in a 3-shift operation
• Willingness to work as a floater (temporarily replacing, supporting, or stepping in for short-term special tasks at regular or irregular intervals)
• Troubleshooting of system malfunctions
• SAP-based material management and documentation (inventory, scrapping, postings)
• Preparation of dispensing solutions and pastes for production
• GMP-compliant documentation of work steps (paper and electronic)
• Performing in-process controls (IPC)
• Writing process and equipment documentation
• Responsibility for assigned equipment (equipment manager)
• Cleaning of systems, production equipment, and inventory

Must-haves:
• Completed vocational training in a technical field or similar with several years of experience in production
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a production environment operating equipment
• Experience in a regulated environment; GMP knowledge is an advantage
• Min. Basic computer skills
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (C1) (for documentation) are a must
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends
• Punctuality Nice to have:
• Ability to work independently, team player, creative and solution-oriented
• Positive attitude towards problems
