Make AI simple, useful, and safe across Bayer Consumer Health (BCH)—so teams learn fast, use confidently, and deliver better outcomes for consumers and the business.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a clear, practical program for AI proficiency at BCH that people love to use.
- Contribute to and leverage Bayer group-level assets to assess and build AI proficiency.
- Lead a division-wide (self-)assessment to establish our current proficiency, highlight progress, and pinpoint critical gaps to close.
- Enable peer-to-peer learning at scale: champion clinics, office hours, meetups, and simple "use-in-the-flow" guides that fit real work.
- Create role-based learning paths (marketing, e-comm, supply, manufacturing/quality, medical/PV, support functions) with hands-on practice.
- Embed safety and compliance into everything: EU AI Act, GDPR, PV capture, marketing claims, and GxP where relevant—practical guardrails, not blockers.
- Partner with Focus Area Leads, Product, Governance, and BU leaders to turn learning into adoption and measurable impact.
- Share wins and stories that inspire—spotlight teams using AI well and scale their practices across markets and functions.
- Track adoption and benefits with simple dashboards (usage, time saved, accuracy, compliant content rate) and continuously improve.
- Close collaboration with AI Network Community Lead required
WHO YOU ARE
- Learning drive and agility; a self-learner who makes complex things simple.
- Strong networking and leadership—able to energize diverse teams and markets.
- L&D experience is a plus; proven ability to design practical curricula and enable real-world use.
- Solid DSO and AI proficiency; comfortable with everyday AI tools and workflows.
- Outstanding catalyzing and coaching skills; clear communicator; bias for action
- Preferably experience in CH

- Enterprise proficiency baseline established with visible progress each quarter.
