Global Market Access Manager
The Global Market Access Manager will play a key role in enabling timely, sustainable patient access to mylife Diabetes care AID therapy across global markets. The mission of the role is to shape and execute the global market access strategy by anticipating payer, reimbursement, and HTA requirements, and by translating clinical and health economic evidence into compelling value propositions that support pricing, reimbursement, and funding decisions.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the global market access strategy to support timely and sustainable access and reimbursement for AID therapy
- Assess and anticipate market access, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), and payer landscape developments, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Develop payer value propositions and evidence-based access narratives, integrating clinical and health economic insights
- Translate health economic evidence into payer-relevant messages, access toolkits, and strategic materials
- Develop and support the rollout of a global Budget Impact Model, enabling local adaptation across markets (Europe + Canada + Autralia)
- Provide strategic guidance and access tools to regional and local market access teams
- Support pricing and reimbursement strategies, including evaluation of funding models and access pathways
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and share market access intelligence, risks, and opportunities with relevant stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access, reimbursement, or pricing roles, ideally within the medical devices industry
- Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in related disciplines (e.g. economics, health economics, public health, life sciences, pharmacy)
- Solid understanding of payer systems, reimbursement pathways, and HTA processes across multiple geographies
- Experience in diabetes and/or chronic disease management is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of health economics, with the ability to interpret and translate HEOR insights into payer-relevant tools and messages
- Experience with Budget Impact Models or economic access tools is an asset
- Proven ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer value propositions
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent in English
