Program Lead for SAP Implementation (80%) - SAP/ Order to Cash / Procure to Pay / Finance IFRS

Project:
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Program Lead for an SAP implementation (including the replacement of legacy ERP systems and the redesign of the CRM landscape), approximately 80% workload. The Program Lead is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the associated projects, ensures content-related, scheduling, and organizational coherence, and manages cross-project dependencies, risks, and decisions. Responsibilities:
• Coordination and synchronization of the program's projects
• Management of dependencies, milestones, and joint releases
• Preparation of cross-project reports for the Steering Committee (SteerCo )
• Escalation of goal, resource, or prioritization conflicts within or between projects to the Steering Committee (SteerCo
) • Preparation of decision-making documents for the Steering Committee (SteerCo) in collaboration with the (Pre-)Decision Board
• Moderation and coordination of the (Pre-)Decision Board

Non-Responsibilities:
• Operational project management of individual streams (represented by the project manager)
• Technical process design decisions (represented by the (Pre-)Decision Board)
• Budget and scope approvals (represented by the Steering Committee) Requirements:
• Knowledge of SAP projects
• Several years of experience as a project manager/program lead in a challenging multi-project setup (change management/communication)
• Knowledge of (one or more) the "Order to Cash," "Procure to Pay," and "Finance IFRS" processes
