For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Logistics Operator

Background:
The Pre-Production Logistics team is responsible for optimizing logistics processes, from delivery to the external warehouse through internal goods receiving and on to the production lines. The sheer number of production lines and products we manufacture at our Rotkreuz site makes this work particularly interesting. Setting up new lines, optimizing the warehouse and internal processes, maintaining a high level of service, and ensuring compliance with GxP requirements are all exciting challenges.

To ensure the long-term success of our Warehousing & 3PL team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who will actively participate in daily operations, projects, and initiatives, and contribute to the development of both the team and the department. The company offers numerous training opportunities and interesting tasks.

Specifically, we are looking for the following reinforcement with the required experience and demanding skills:

The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ), has more than two years of professional experience in production logistics, and holds a valid forklift license. They also have a B1 level of proficiency in both German and English.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders, including shipping documents
* Printing picking and shipping labels and delivery markings
* Creating transport lists

Spare parts and setup orders:
* Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order documents
* Processing production orders and delivery notes according to instructions
* Processing printed material accompanying documents for orders

Wareneingangstätigkeiten:
* Annehmen und kontrollieren von Sendungen auf Anzahl Packstücke und sichtbare Schäden
* Kontrollieren der Lieferscheine (richtiges Material, Menge) und buchen des Wareneingangs
* Gegebenenfalls ausscheiden von Material für die Wareneingangskontrolle (WEP)
* Umpacken und beschriften von Material in definierte Behälter
* Kurierdienst - Verteilen von div. Materialien innerhalb des Gebäudes
* Einlagerung des Materials in den vorgegeben Lagerplatz
* Durchführen von Bestandskontrollen und der Inventur sowie verbuchen von allfälligen Differenzen
* Handling der Leer- und Umlaufgebinde sowie bereitstellen von Verpackungsmaterial für die Entsorgung

Must Haves:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ
* Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionslogistik-Umfeld
* Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse (min. B1)
* MS Office & SAP Kenntnisse
* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen Kunden und Lieferanten
* Erfahrung im Umgang von angrenzenden Schnittstellen
* Gültigen Staplerschein/
* ADR Führerausweis
* Erfahrung in der operativen Nutzung von Logistiksystem wie automatisierter Lagertechnik
* Erfahrung im erkennen von Problemen und die selbständige Erarbeitung und Implementierung einer nachhaltigen Lösung durch Anwednung von Lean-Methoden (KVPs)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahren- & Kühlgut
* Vernetztes Denken im Hinblick auf Zielkonflikt zwischen Prozessqualität unter Einhaltung aller der Sicherheitsvorgaben, Compliance-Richtlinie und Branchenvorgaben
* Erkennen von Problemen und die selbstständige Erarbeitung und Implementierung einer nachhaltigen Lösung durch Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (KVPs
* Basisausbildung im Bereich Lean wie z.B White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
