• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss market and its business landscape.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
