Certified Fitness Coach

ABAO HAUS is an exclusive boutique fitness studio with an integrated smoothie and coffee bar. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Certified Fitness Coach (with experience in Mat Pilates, Mat Sculpt, and/or Barre) for an hourly-paid position to join our team. If you are passionate about fitness, have experience in group training, and enjoy working with people, we look forward to receiving your application!

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitness classes in line with the ABAO HAUS training concept
• Guide and support beginners, ensuring safe and correct exercise execution
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment (including equipment and disinfectant wipes)
• Manage studio operations (sound system, lighting, ventilation)
• Create motivating playlists and help promote classes (e.g., via social media)
• Build strong client relationships and provide post-class follow-up to enhance member loyalty

Qualifications

• Certified Fitness Coach (required)
• Experience in teaching group fitness classes
• Experience in Mat Pilates, Sculpt or Barre is a plus
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training principles
• Confident, authentic personality with positive energy and strong stage presence
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Fluent in English (classes are conducted in English); additional languages are a plus
• Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
• Willingness to participate in our intensive teacher training program in mid-May 2026
