Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for supply chain excellence? As a Material Project Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring raw materials are available, released, and ready—right on time—for production. You’ll work cross-functionally to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly.

Your Mission

• Own the end-to-end material readiness process—from planning to release—for critical production timelines.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners, Schedulers, Procurement, and Quality to align material plans with evolving needs.
• Monitor and update SAP to reflect accurate material requirements and availability.
• Drive resolution of material risks and delays, ensuring minimal impact on production.
• Track and report key KPIs to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
• Support safety stock strategies and inventory planning to meet production goals.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, scheduling, or purchasing in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
