Commercial Market Intelligence Manager High Speed (m/f/d)

As Commercial Market Intelligence Manager High Speed (m/f/d), you turn insights into impact. You lead market and competitor analysis, drive strategic initiatives, and support commercial decision-making across the High Speed division. From guiding business cases and managing license agreements to owning the High Speed market strategy chapter, you connect market and commercial insight with technical depth. Your responsibilities:

Market intelligence:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and synthesize insights into actionable reports for senior management.
  • Be the High Speed owner of intel platforms such as LCP Delta, GlobalData, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate the “Electric Power Generation” EPG community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Initiate and coordinate competitor analysis, provide competitor intel.

Commercial insides:

  • Provide business case support and guidance to project managers to optimize project commercial outcomes.
  • Be the owner of the SmallTC business case.
  • Perform competitor pricing analysis and support with offer creation for the SmallTC initiative.
  • Manage High Speed license agreement execution with China.

Governance & Ownership:

  • Serve as the owner of the PMS (product market strategy) High Speed market chapter, ensuring its relevance and completeness.
  • Lead “strategic” commercial projects and initiatives that drive market growth and business value.
  • Be the High Speed contact person for internal Market Communication organization.
  • Be the High Speed sustainability representative and drive internal activities.

Your Background:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with Industrial and/or Manufacturing experience or equivalent experience/field of expertise.
  • 5+ years’ of proven experience in industrial manufacturing, operating successfully within highly competitive markets.
  • Experience in Market Research, Data Analytics, or Commercial Strategy.
  • Project Management experience, Certified Program Manager (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Problem solving oriented and hands-on.
  • Cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Intellectual curiosity, innovation mindset, and accountability for results.
