HEAD OF PROCUREMENT SWITZERLAND (M/F/D)

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a strategic mindset and operational precision? Do you love developing innovative procurement strategies and building supplier partnerships? Then we are looking for you.

Your tasks:

• Development & implementation of procurement strategies
• Selection & negotiation with suppliers, building long-term partnerships
• Monitoring of market trends & optimization of procurement practices
• Management of the procurement process & introduction of efficient systems
• Leadership & development of the procurement team (you as teamleader + 2 strategic sourcing manager)
• Identification of cost-saving opportunities & negotiation of optimal terms
• Ensuring compliance with regulations & risk management
• Collaboration with stakeholders & reporting on procurement performance

Your profile: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in strategic and operational procurement management and cost efficiency
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset
• Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of market trends
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to develop and motivate your team
• A structured approach to work, with a focus on efficient risk management and compliance Hands-on mentality, creative person, strong prioritization skills, high reliability, and being a trusted team player
• Willingness to travel within Europe 5-10%
