Senior Procurement Specialist
Job description:
We're hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement across Technology, Logistics, Professional Services, and MRO, with a strong focus on company carve-outs and divestments. You'll drive smooth supplier transitions, strong contracts, and cost optimization during and after separation activities.
Key responsibilitiesLead procurement support for carve-out/divestment phases: due diligence, planning, execution, post-close stabilizationRun strategic sourcing and supplier selection across indirect categoriesOwn vendor management: performance, governance, and complianceLead contract negotiation and management with Legal and stakeholdersDeliver cost savings and process improvementsIdentify and mitigate supplier/contract/compliance risksPartner with IT, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations/MRO and othersTrack and report KPIs, spend, and outcomesRequirements7-10 years in indirect procurement3-5 years in carve-outs/divestments (planning + execution)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsComfortable in fast-paced, change-heavy environmentsDegree in Business/Supply Chain/IT (certs like CIPS/CPSM a plus)Strong Excel/MS Office; experience with procurement tools/ERP
