Quality Assurance Associate

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Until 31/12/2026 (possible extension)

Location: Solothurn

Workload: 80%

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Assist with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, training assignments, and quality risk management
• Coordinate governance processes and support inspection readiness activities
• Schedule and organise site governance meetings, including agendas and documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation within systems such as TrackWise, Veeva, or similar platforms
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and monitoring activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation quality

• Experience within Quality Assurance in a GMP-regulated environment
• Understanding of QMS processes such as deviations, CAPAs, and change control
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with documentation systems and data tracking
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
