Global Director Product & Marketing Oedema

We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement as a:

• Defining the vision, objectives, strategy and roadmap for the Oedema indication
• Aligning with R&D, regulatory, medical and sales leaders to prioritize indication focus areas
• Continuously developing, evaluating and managing the global product portfolio
• Evaluate pipeline and in-market products for strategic fit, cannibalization risk, and synergies
• Translate market insights into future product launches and manage the product life cycle
• Developing key global messages and value propositions tailored to patients, healthcare professionals and the point of sale
• Leading the development of global brand toolkits and campaign content
• Setting and monitoring global and local product/indication performance
• Leading, coaching and developing direct reports by defining and monitoring their performance and development targets
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, align teams around shared goals, ensuring effective communication and coordination across regions

• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences or a related field would be an advantage
• Extensive experience in marketing, product management or business leadership within the medical devices or life sciences sector, ideally with experience in vascular or oedema-related therapies
• Proven track record in defining and implementing global product strategies, including portfolio management, product launches and lifecycle optimization across various regions
• Experience in leading international teams
• The ability to collaborate effectively with others, interact with diverse individuals across different markets and build strong relationships
• Strong analytical skills, a networked mindset and strategic approach
• Fluent in English; German and/or French highly valued
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%)
