Global Quality Manager (m/f/d)

GeneralInformation:

• Location: Basel
• Workload: 100%
• Start: 21.08.2026
• Duration: 12 months (Extension possible)
• Home Office: max. 40%

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP) with final quality decision support.
• Provide global QA oversight for the IMP distribution network (depots) and PTDS?L.
• Lead deviation & CAPA oversight, including quality impact assessments and third-party evaluation review.
• Own quality documentation & change control (internal procedures + PTDS?L business documents).
• Drive inspection/audit readiness and manage temperature excursion assessments for clinical trials.
• Enable clinical studies via flowchart/transfer/expert opinion approvals, quality agreements, and complaint management.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance, adherence to Good Documentation Practices, and training compliance with PQS documents.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/technical field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of proven, comprehensive Quality Assurance experience with a strong compliance focus.
• Deep knowledge of regulated GxP environments (GMP/GDP), ideally with distribution/supply chain exposure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a strong asset—required for authoring critical quality/regulatory documentation and supporting Health Authority Inspections.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Veeva Vault QMS
• PTQ experience
• Experience in supplier management, especially depots
