People Organization Working Student
Responsibilities

To strengthen our Swiss People Organization's team we are looking for a working student, being based in Zurich with biweekly travels to our location in Neuchâtel.
The main focus of the role is supporting us in our day-to-day operations in Talent Attraction, operational recruitment and related topics and therefore, we are searching you as our new
People Organization Working student (w/ m/d) - 50%
Your main tasks include
- You set up job ads in our applicant tracking system ICIMS
- You preselect candidates based on the defined job ad
- You coordinate candidate feedback of managers
- You perform correspondence with the candidates (interviews, refusal mails)
- You standardize recruitment processes (e.g. preselection questionnaire, interview guidelines, agency contracts)
- Once the final candidate is found, you prepare and coordinate the contract & employment documents
- Depending on the business needs you support in projects such as talent attraction activities, or in the set-up of the Young @ Aon approach
Your profile
- You are student at a university or university of applied sciences in Switzerland
- You are eager to support our team in the next 2 to 3 years, gaining more and more know-how for your future career
- You know how to control the quality of your work, being detailed oriented and efficient
- You speak German and French at least on B2 level
- English skills should be at least on B1 level
- You are available from November or December onwards
