To strengthen our finance team at our Flawil location, we are looking for a

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial accounting and reporting (monthly/quarterly/year-end close, US GAAP, management reports, reconciliations)
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and coordination of audits, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee cost controlling and manufacturing finance (inventory, standard costing, variance analysis, capex support)
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning with actionable financial insights
• Act as key finance partner to plant management and support operational decision-making
• Lead collaboration across teams and support finance projects (e.g., ERP and process improvements)

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting / controlling experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally international
• Strong knowledge of local statutory reporting and US GAAP
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and explain complex financial data
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach, combined with a proactive and pragmatic business partnering mindset, independent working style, and high integrity with sound professional judgment.
